Eligibility for Returns (Our Direct Products):

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Dropshipped Products:

  • Returns, cancellations, or refunds for items sourced via third-party dropshipping apps are subject to the policies of the respective supplier.

  • Pranishka Creations is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-fulfillment of third-party products.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or handcrafted items.

  • Gift cards.

Strict Return / No Misuse Clause:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if these conditions are violated.

Return Process (Direct Products Only):
